New House

We love our current house. It's an 800-square foot, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. It's great for two, but nowhere near enough to raise a family in. Since me and Marcia are married now, the natural next step is children, so we need space!

We happened upon a GREAT deal on a house about a mile from Marcia's parents, in the neighborhood next to the ones me and Marcia grew up in. It's a nice area -- I can't think of a better place to start a family. We're both really excited to get moved in, get the old house sold, and start enjoying the extra space. It even has a fenced-in yard for the Terriers of Terror (Maddie and Sophie). :)

The house is over 2000 square feet, and in great shape. It needs nothing done to it, but we'll probably update the bathrooms, kitchens, and flooring to make them more modern. The garage doors, siding, windows, and paint are all new. The roof is still good and completely watertight, and all the essential systems (heat, air, plumbing, etc) are all good to go! We get to move in and just enjoy our new home.
